Short brief about Russian fuel and energy complex

In 2017 the production energy sources conducted:

Oil including NGL -546,8 mln tonnes (+0,1 % by 2016) Gas – 691,1 bcm (+8,0% by 2016) Coal - 407,8 bln metric tonnes (+ 5,7 % by 2016) Electricity production -1 073,7 bln kWh (+ 0,2% by 2016)

 

In 2017 oil refining has decline to 0,7 mln tonnes (+0,25% by 2016) and reached 279,9 mln tonnes.

 

 

In 2017 the export from Russia to countries of the far abroad and CIS states was:

Oil - 257,0 mln tonnes (+1,1% by 2016 )

Gas – 193,9 bn cu m (+8,1% by 2016 )

Coal 408,9 mln tonnes ( + 5,7% by 2016 )

Based on the results of 2017 the share of fuel-and-power sector in gross domestic product accounts for 22,6 % , fiscal revenues for 40% . In export structure of basic commodities of Russian Federation it has accounted for 58,9% on fuel and energy resources.
